PFAS in products: Reporting and fees
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) adopted new rules governing reporting and fees by manufacturers upon submission of required information about products containing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on Dec. 8, 2025.
